Enroll in eStatements

  • Step 1: Log in to your online banking and navigate to the eStatements link on the right side of the page.
  • Step 2: A pop-up will appear stating you are about to enroll in eStatements. Review the eSign disclosure and click Agree to provide consent.
  • Step 3: Another pop-up will appear asking you to select your Member ID. Use the drop-down menu to choose your Member ID, then click Continue.
  • Step 4: Review and accept the Electronic Statements End User Agreement. Click the PDF Reader Validation link, enter the number shown in the box, and select I Accept.
  • Step 5: You will then see the eStatements page in online banking. This is where your electronic statements will be listed and available to view.

How to Use the Mobile App

  1. Log on to your account via Home Banking at www.tewksburyfcu.com
  2. Click on the “Mobile” link on the top right side of the screen
  3. Follow instructions on the screen to add your mobile number for SMS Banking & SMS Alerts
  4. Download the TFCU Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play
