We want to make you aware of Fraud and Phishing scams that often happen around the holidays. If you receive emails, texts or phone calls from Tewksbury FCU fraud department asking for personal information please CALL US first. Our fraud department will never ask you for personal information, only to confirm if a transaction is yours or not. Be cautious if you get a text, email or phone call to confirm a transfer, asking you to click on a link, enter a code or confirm a Zelle transfer to a person you do not recognize. THESE MAY BE A SCAM!! These people are looking to either obtain your information or gain access to your accounts. DO NOT answer these messages or click on any links without calling us first. Please be vigilant and keep your personal information safe.
